For the Bath:

Run a bath a comfortable temperature (not too hot).  Once it is ready, add a maximum of six drops just before you get in.  Essential oils do not dissolve in water which increases the risk of irritation, to reduce this risk try adding the drops to a couple of teaspoons of milk first - then add the mixture to the bath.  Enjoy!

NOTE:  For Children's Baths, use half the recommended amount of oil and dilute in a carrier oil or milk first.
